Budget execution by ministry (quarterly)

Quarterly budget execution reports compiled by Rwanda's Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), tracking approved budgets and actual expenditures by ministry and government agency. Each record provides the approved annual budget, cumulative expenditure to date, and the execution rate expressed as expenditure as a percentage of approved budget, in millions of Rwandan Francs. The dataset covers fiscal years from 2015/16 to the present.
