Public Debt Bulletin (quarterly)

Rwanda's public debt stock compiled quarterly by the Ministry of Finance and Economic Planning (MINECOFIN), covering total external debt, total domestic debt, and total public debt by creditor and instrument type. Outstanding balances are reported in both USD millions and RWF billions, with coverage from Q1 2015 to the present. The dataset tracks Rwanda's debt composition and its evolution across external and domestic instruments over time.
