Family planning users (new and continuing) disaggregated by contraceptive method and units distributed in health facilities, 2019-2024, sourced from the Rwanda Biomedical Centre (RBC) via Table 3.3.1 of the Rwanda Statistical Yearbook 2025. Eight contraceptive methods are tracked: implant, injectable (Depo-Provera/Norristerat), oral contraceptives, natural family planning (cycle beads/LAM/auto-observation), IUD, surgical contraception (tubal ligation), condom (male/female), and vasectomy. "Barriers (gel diaphragm)" is present in the source table but has no published data for any year and is excluded. IUD new_users is missing for 2020 and 2022 in the source -- modeled as null, not imputed.
