Women vs. men in national cabinet and senior public-service positions (2019-2024), and representation in decentralized local government across four fiscal periods (2016/2017, 2021/2022, 2022/2023, 2023/2024), sourced from the Gender Monitoring Office (GMO) via Tables 2.1 and 2.2 of the Rwanda Statistical Yearbook 2025. National positions cover cabinet members, permanent secretaries, heads of public institutions, director generals, and directors of units. Local government positions span governors and mayors down to village leaders. Each record reports both the headcount and the percentage share held by each sex for a given position and period.
