National level only. Three disease topics: malaria (under-5 and above-5 deaths due to malaria, all-cause deaths, and proportional mortality percentage) and tuberculosis (presumptive cases, cases all forms, new pulmonary bacteriologically confirmed, retreatment cases, therapeutic success rate, failure rate, death rate, TB/HIV co-infection, MDR-TB, and community health worker participation in community DOTS including CHW referral rates).
