Central and local government fiscal revenue disaggregated by province and district, published in the Rwanda Revenue Authority Annual Tax Statistics report series. Province-level central government revenue covers fiscal years 2014/15 to present, encompassing all five provinces and Kigali City. District-level central government revenue also runs from fiscal year 2014/15 across all 30 Rwandan districts. Local government district revenue begins from fiscal year 2019/20 and first appeared in the 2023/24 edition. Three related PDF tables are unified into a single tidy dataset with a geographic dimension (province or district), a revenue type dimension distinguishing central from local government collection, the geographic name, and the annual collection value in billions of Rwandan Francs. The dataset enables geographic comparison of tax collection effort across provinces and districts and tracks the growth of local government revenue relative to central government over time.
