Tracks Rwanda's key macro fiscal performance indicators annually from FY 2009/10 to present, compiled from the RRA Annual Tax Statistics report series. The 13 metrics span four domains: tax-to-GDP ratio (a primary gauge of fiscal capacity), revenue-to-national-budget performance, tax burden per capita and per registered taxpayer, and the cost efficiency of revenue collection. GDP figures in the 2024/25 edition reflect the NISR 2024 rebased national accounts; earlier editions use the 2014 base, so ratios are not directly comparable across that boundary. FY 2021/22 values are unavailable due to an unreadable PDF; FY 2016/17 and 2017/18 data are recovered as back-data from the 2018/19 edition.
