ICT subscription statistics compiled from the Rwanda Statistical Yearbook 2025, TRANSPORTATION and COMMUNIC sheet, Tables 8.6 and 8.7. Table 8.6 gives Pay TV registered versus active subscribers by operator, and Table 8.7 gives internet subscribers by operator, both from 2019 to 2023. Rwanda's largest internet provider, MTN, grew from 4.1 million subscribers in 2019 to 5.75 million in 2023. Table 8.5 (key communication indicators) is not included because its nested, duplicate-labeled, mixed-unit structure does not fit the operator/year shape. The Rwanda Utilities Regulatory Authority (RURA) is the source agency.
