Quarterly volume of water produced (cubic metres) by WASAC per water treatment plant, from Table 3 of the RURA Water Statistics Report. Around 23 plants (Nzove, Kanzenze, Kimisagara, Karenge and others), with the plant list drifting slightly across years as facilities open, close, or are renamed. Values are in cubic metres and idle plants report a dash. The Nzove plant serving the Kigali network is by far the largest single source, supplying roughly a third of national production, so this series shows both the overall growth in treated-water output and how concentrated it is in a handful of plants. Each report carries five rolling quarters; the series is assembled from the run of reports, preferring the most recent report for any restated quarter. WASAC is the national water utility; RURA is the regulator and publisher.
